I had my first appointment with Traverse Dental associates this morning and I cannot say enough good things about what a positive experience I had!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease and thought to myself “this is going to be very different from any other dental experience I have ever had” and the kindness and attention from the staff absolutely proved that to be true. Having a dentist take time out of their busy schedule just to get to know me and my concerns was so incredibly helpful. I 10/10 recommend Traverse Dental Associates.

I’m new to Traverse City and head my New Patient exam yesterday with Dr Chris and Samantha. I was more than impressed with the entire experience. The office is immaculate, the staff was full of smiles and very welcoming. Everything was explained in detail and Dr Chris took, what I felt, extended time getting to know me, my history and make sure I would be well served there. Today I had my cleaning with Emily. She was friendly, gentle and thorough as well. Again, friendly, smiles from each employee. The staff is happy there and it shows. I’m glad I chose Traverse Dental Assoc. I highly recommend.

Family-owned and run, Traverse Dental Associates is such a genuinely nice group. The doctors are caring and actually take time with you, and they never try to upsell or push unnecessary work. The hygienists are the best, thorough, gentle, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Josh and his incredible team are amazing! Dr. Josh does not hesitate to call and check in when serious dental concerns occur. He is always looking first at the patient’s needs, offering the medical perspective along with a plan that fulfills and is realistic. Thank you Dr. Josh for years of wonderful care.

I feel like I won the dentist lottery finding this practice!! I knew I needed a a new dentist but change is hard. Then a family member recommended this practice. What a gift! Leaving my first appointment, I felt so much more confident that I was going to receive the care my teeth and gums needed. The dentist analyzed the X-rays and did a full oral exam but also took pictures so I could clearly see the problem areas and what needed to be addressed now and likely later. I love engaging with the dentist as a partner in my care with every question answered in an unhurried and compassionate way. This is my last first dental visit! Yay! 10/10!

All staff members are so caring and thorough. I don’t ever feel rushed or like I’m just a number. I grew up as the daughter of a dentist so finding a great dental practice is really important to me, and hard to find. I’m super satisfied with this entire team. Bridget has been my hygienist for 25 years and she’s the absolute best in the world. Thanks Traverse Dental! :)

Bridget has been cleaning my teeth since I was a toddler, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! My family followed her to Traverse Dental Associates because we couldn’t let her go, and we met some great new people along the way. Dr. Christina is so kind and knowledgeable, best dentist I’ve been to! All of the staff is friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. Love this place:)

I’ve had a great experience with Traverse Dental Associates. The whole team is professional, organized, and makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Bridget, who cleans my teeth, is wonderful—she does a fantastic job, explains things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a great first visit Dr. Christine Mazzola recently. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. I received a very thorough examination and it helped me to understand my teeth and mouth much better. Looking forward to return visits, which is a real switch from the way I've thought about the dentist in the past! Great office staff and extremely well equipped. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone.
